Analyst/Associate Program

Our Analyst Program is available to undergraduates from a wide variety of backgrounds and disciplines. We provide a rich training environment that combines formal learning, on-the-job case studies and regulatory exam training.

Our Associate Program is open to recent MBA graduates. Both programs begin with an intensive, interdisciplinary four-week training session that prepares associates with key industry and product fundamentals.

• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
• Adaptable to work independently and as a member of a larger team

Application Process

Candidates are required to create a profile and submit applications online, which are reviewed by our internal recruiters. If we are interested in meeting candidates, they will receive a call for a first-round interview within one week of their submission. Successful candidates will receive an invitation to attend a “Super Day” interview, which consists of biographical, fit and technical questions. We extend offers following the “Super Day” process.
