Investment Banking Analysts at Jefferies are known to enjoy a high level of responsibility and extensive access to senior bankers and clients. Analysts work on a variety of assignments, from business development presentations to equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and recapitalization & restructuring transactions. Analysts will complete a diverse array of projects, usually working on several assignments simultaneously with some of the most experienced investment bankers in the industry. As an Analyst, you will receive an introduction to financial analysis and an exposure to a variety of business scenarios and financial products. You will hone your business judgment, develop an understanding of how the capital markets work and learn how to model complex financial situations.
